How and When To Get Help

How Will you incorporate the Help Desk into your class?
              I hope to keep the Help Desk usage to a minimum.  I usually employ the tactic to ask 2, then ask me before you ask the Help Desk.  I'm sure that I will not have many answers early in the class, but as the year progresses, I hope to use the Help Desk less frequently.
